Meet the owners, Justin and Johanna Snyder. Husband and wife, best friends, travelers, and now business partners opening their first brick and mortar specialty market and cafe in Indian Wells, Ca.

Chef Justin has lived in France and as well had the honor to attend one of the best pastry schools in the world. With his expertise, travels, resume and passion Chef Justin wants to provide the general public with access to world class ingredients they can cook within their own home and enjoy small plates that are dedicated to his world travels at the cafe.

Johanna Snyder has a love for travel and fell in love France with their culture, food and architecture. Johanna has an e-commerce small business where she has crafted the art of organic skincare, home aromatherapy and so much more that will be added to the market side of the cafe. Together, Johanna and Justin have made it a tradition with traveling to France to enjoy the beauty of the country. The vision they have for Baby’s Marché was heavily influenced by their worldly travels and to bring a little taste of Europe to the desert.

Fun Fact: Baby’s Marché is named after Chef Justin’s wife who he nicknamed “Baby”.
